These terms set out the general conditions for using the FenixSoul.ar website and the digital products developed under this brand, including MyHealthHub and other products that are available now or in the future.
By accessing the site or using our digital products, you agree to use the tools responsibly and in line with these terms.
Service operator
MyHealthHub is operated by Jorge Perez Arribillaga, an individual based in Argentina, trading as FenixSoulAR. FenixSoulAR is a trade name. Product and legal contact: fenixsoular@gmail.com.
Use of the website and digital products
FenixSoul.ar develops digital products aimed at organizing useful everyday information. The website may present products, content, guides, informational pages, access links, download options, plans, and contact channels.
Products may change over time: new features may be added, characteristics may be modified, or availability may change.
MyHealthHub and responsible use of health information
MyHealthHub is a software service (SaaS) for organizing personal health information. It lets you organize data such as studies, medication, diagnoses, history, appointments, professionals, institutions, attachments, and personal clinical summaries.
MyHealthHub does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment recommendations, clinical decision support, telemedicine, or healthcare services. It does not replace healthcare professionals or an official medical record.
Information organized in MyHealthHub should be used as personal support for appointments, follow-up, preparation, or communication. Medical decisions should always be made with qualified professionals.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for:
- information they choose to store, keep, share, or delete;
- the accuracy and currency of the data they enter;
- care of their access credentials;
- using the product from secure devices;
- decisions to share information with family, caregivers, professionals, or others.
Plans, prices, and availability
FenixSoul.ar may offer different plans, including free and paid options, depending on the product.
For MyHealthHub, the plans are Free (USD 0), Plus (founder price USD 4/month), and Pro (founder price USD 7/month), with benefits, limits, and prices described on the MyHealthHub plans page.
Free is managed internally and requires no purchase. Plus supports sharing your personal profile; Pro adds family profile management. Only monthly paid subscriptions are offered. Founder subscribers retain the founder price for their plan while their subscription remains active, including when switching between Plus and Pro at the corresponding founder rate. Once cancellation takes effect, a later subscription uses the offer available at that time. We will communicate material changes as required by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Web payments
For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for paid MyHealthHub plans. Paddle handles payment collection and billing; the service is provided by the operator identified in these terms. Available payment methods, taxes, and currency are shown in Paddle Checkout based on country and device.
Paid MyHealthHub subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until canceled. Outside the refund guarantee, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Within 14 calendar days of each payment, including renewals, a cancellation request also requests a full refund of the current period, unconditionally and without a separate request.
A full refund is accompanied by closure of the paid subscription and future renewals; paid access ends when both are processed. See our Refund Policy, Paddle's terms, and applicable law.
Access, installation, and available channels
Primary access to MyHealthHub today is through the web application and the options described in the access center.
Installation or access options may vary by device, browser, operating system, and technical availability.
Informational content and guides
The site may include articles, guides, or educational materials. That content is for general education or orientation and should not be read as specific medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
For health topics, the user should always consult qualified professionals.
Intellectual property
Text, design, trademarks, product names, logos, content, interfaces, and materials published by FenixSoul.ar belong to FenixSoul.ar or are used with permission, unless stated otherwise.
Users should not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse site or product content without prior authorization, except for reasonable personal use.
Limitation of liability
FenixSoul.ar works to offer useful, clear, and stable products, but does not guarantee that the site or applications will be free of errors, interruptions, data loss, incompatibilities, or technical failures.
Users must exercise care when entering or sharing sensitive data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Privacy and applicable law
Processing of personal data is described in the MyHealthHub Privacy Policy. The service is operated from Argentina. Argentine law applies to the relationship with the service operator, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or competent authorities available to you under applicable law. Purchases through Paddle are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when products, features, plans, operating conditions, or legal needs change. The version published on this page is the current reference.
